RESTORATION SERVICES: Fire, Flood, Storm Damage, Insurance Claims: We have experience in handling reconstruction work on any scale. Our team works quickly to assess the situation, photograph the damage, schedule and perform the repairs.
DETAILED HOME INSPECTION: PERFORMED BY A NORTH CAROLINA LICENSED HOME INSPECTOR Our service is designed to save you time, energy, and money. We perform a detailed maintenance inspection of your home first in order to provide the preventative maintenance that your home deserves. In addition BCC offers for our subscribing clients: - Vacation Inspections: set your mind at ease while you are away. - Storm Damage Inspections: when a storm strikes, we will be available to inspect the status of your property and to secure against further damage. - Emergency Service: despite regular inspections and careful maintenance, emergencies do arise. Our staff is just a phone call away to help you through trying times. We can provide an emergency inspection of your property and schedule immediate repairs.
MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS: Brightleaf Customer Care takes a proactive stance by addressing issues before they become major problems. • Our team looks behind the rotten windowsill to find the source of the damage. • We not only fix the cosmetic symptoms of a problem, we tackle its root cause. • If the inspection uncovers any maintenance or repair issues, we go over these with you and leave a copy of the checklist and maintenance report for your review. If you choose, we will schedule the repairs or maintenance work right away.
