Cory Malloy - Managing Partner: After graduating from the State University of New York with a degree in business management, Cory realized that building is where his heart is. He joined Brightleaf Development in 1998 and is now the managing partner in Brightleaf Customer Care LLC. Cory has earned the prestigious North Carolina Builder Institute's Master Builder Accreditation.

Tad Dinkelkamp - Project Manager: is a graduate of Webster University, St. Louis, MO with a degree in Philosophy. After college Tad went on to work for the Smithsonian and then MoMA of New York as an Art Handler. After settling in North Carolina Tad worked with the Museum of Art and the NC State Museum of Natural Science. Tad enrolled at Wake Tech to receive his General Contractors License and Real Estate Appraisal Certification and brings his years of skills and knowledge with him to BCC

Rom Alphin - Project Manager: is a graduate of NC State at Pembroke with a degree in Therapeutic Recreation. Rom is Brightleaf’s true “southerner” born and raised in North Carolina. After many dedicated years in Therapeutic Recreation, Rom found himself being drawn back to his “roots”. Raised in a family of Master Carpenters Rom turned to his first love, carpentry and construction. It is now 10 years later and he has never looked back.

Don Roush - Licensed Home Inspector: is a graduate of the University of California at Riverside with degrees in History and Political Science. In 2002 Don graduated from West Valley College with a third degree in Business Management. Don moved east in 2002 to be closer to family and found his calling in the home industry. Don is a Licensed Home Inspector and Real Estate Broker and has performed thousands of home inspections in the Triangle Area and beyond.
