The in-house staff of Brightleaf Customer Care or the expert trade contractors affiliated with us can handle any maintenance or repair problem that arises in your home. Our professional staff members can tackle anything from repairing any unsightly nail pops and replacing molding to fixing stuck doors (and drawers) and loose handrails. BCC schedules, organizes, and coordinates all maintenance and repair work. BCC’s affiliation with Brightleaf Development Company means that you have access to a cadre of well-screened, field-tested trade contractors who perform to our exacting standards and work well as a team. For jobs using our trade contractors, we will provide open/close up the house service, supervision, and inspections, all at our usual hourly rate (one-hour minimum). Please see price list. BCC charges for labor by the hour, so that you are charged only for the time that we actually work. Smaller jobs do not lend themselves easily to estimates. If you call us, however, we will give you an idea of how long your job should take. Please see our price list for hourly rates and more information. Emergency Service When an emergency arises at your home, a qualified member of our staff will be available to respond to your call with help and advice—24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We define an emergency as a home repair issue that threatens to further damage your property or cause bodily harm. During some situations, our knowledgeable staff will be able to talk you through a temporary repair, saving you the cost of after-hours rates. If our staff determines that an immediate and/or temporary repair is necessary to prevent bodily injury or further property damage, it will be scheduled as soon as possible. Please see our price list. A complete review and permanent repair work will be scheduled during the next normal workday. Security Response Service List Brightleaf Customer Care as one of your emergency contacts with your security service. At your request, we will make an emergency inspection and secure against further property damage.
